2 pounds white chocolate, melted 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese 6 cups powdered sugar 1½ tablespoons orange juice 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup chopped nuts, optional Combine all ingredients; spoon into mini muffin/candy cups. Top with chopped nuts, if desired. Chill to set. Author's Note: To create a pretty, marbled fudge, withhold 1/2 cup mixture after combining all ingredients. Drop orange (or red and yellow) food coloring into mixture to desired color. Spread white mixture in buttered pan. Spoon orange mixture on top then use a knife to gently marble the orange mixture into the white mixture.
